A Bad Experience with a Heating and Cooling Contractor

If you think that you have had a bad experience with a Boise heating company, then just know that you are not the only one with a bad experience. We had a really bad experience with a Boise heating contractor who came to replace our furnace for us. Our heater was not working properly, and so we called a heating and cooling company, which we had just recently found in our local phone book. They set an appointment for the same day on the following week at ten am. On the day they were supposed to come, I cleared out the area by the furnace so that they could get to it. I was waiting all day for them to come. The time finally reached eight o’clock pm, and they still were not there. I called and reminded them about the appointment they had scheduled with me. They said that they were on their way. An hour later, they finally arrived. They went to my garage where the furnace was, and they told me that they would be done in just a little bit. An hour later, they were finished. After all of the money we spent, the furnace just broke again.
